Mullin/Ashley Associates Wins for Fuchs in the Communicator Awards Design Competition
Chestertown, MD, July 28, 2014 – Mullin/Ashley Associates has been named a winner in the 2014 Communicator Awards competition. The award was won for a product sampling campaign designed and developed for Fuchs North America, a manufacturer of seasoning and flavor systems (Owings Mills, Md.).
An Award of Distinction was won by Mullin/Ashley for a series of product sampling kits and corresponding mailers that promote new product offerings of Fuchs North America, a leading maker of seasonings and functional ingredients for the food processing and foodservice industries. Fuchs North America is also a supplier of quality spices sourced from all over the world.
Fuchs North America is highly active in charting consumer taste trends and providing those insights to its customers, enabling them to introduce products that pique customer interest and generate new food sales. New product collections such as Fuchs’ Fall Harvest Collection and Ethnic Inspirations showcase these compelling new flavors, and serve as the basis for developing custom seasonings and ingredients that turn into winning new products for its customers.
The Communicator Awards is an annual international competition honoring creative excellence in the marketing communications industry. Conducted by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, the competition honors the best work in corporate communications, advertising and public relations related to interactive media, audiovisual and print programs.
Now in its 20th year, the Communicator Awards is one of the largest international marketing communications competitions of its kind. Overseen and judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA), the 2014 competition attracted more than 6,000 entries submitted by advertising and PR agencies, corporate communications departments, creative designers, writers, and web developers.
“We are both excited and amazed by the quality of the work received,” Linda Day, AIVA’s executive director, said. “This year’s class of entries is a true reflection of the progressive and innovative nature of marketing and communications,” she added.
