Social media finds its place in business.

Written by: Phillip Nones

In the B-to-B world, social media often fails to live up to the hype.  That has as much to do with unrealistic “be all-end all” expectations about social media as anything else.

But social media can be effective – especially if you know who you’re trying to reach and which social platform(s) they use – and if you figure out what messages will make your targets want to engage with your brand.

Also important:  Sharing quality content via social media posts and links is a good way to augment your marketing efforts.  In other words, B-to-B social media is more a “stretch strategy” than a “silver-bullet solution.”
